One fine day three months ago, my Omega Speedmaster cal 861 stopped working. Apparently, the mainspring broke due to wear. I brought my watch to John who looked at it and said that the problem was indeed due to a broken mainspring. I left my watch in John's good hands. It took a while as John had to order a new mainspring. When John called to inform me that the watch was ready, I went to JW to collect my watch. My speedmaster was working fine and John said that he also overhauled my watch for free. Now that is good service.
I have recommended a few friends to John and one of them actually bought a Ball engineer from JW. He is happy with his purchase and so did I as I got my speedmaster from JW. I told my friends that before you go and get an expensive watch, you need to know a good and friendly watchmaker. John is both good and friendly. Thanks John |

It works pretty well with accuracy as l have expect from this brand and truly you have not failed me with the right recommendation.

Bought the IWC watch and stop running after a month plus. Kinda worried but John assured me that it is not a big problem and will be taken off. i must say John's professionalism & service level is fantastic and would recommend anyone to buy from him. Will not hesitate to get another watch from him.
